"Submitted my taxes to her the beginning of February and did not hear anything by March so I emailed asking when I could expect them to be filed and was told I was 4th in line. Waited another month and heard nothing so I went ahead and did them elsewhere. Finally she calls me May 16th to say she has them ready. I'm sorry this is ridiculous."

"I did use their service for a few years. They did well initially. Over the last 1 year I noticed that they have hard time turning any call back. This year I tried to do my thanks. She advised me to submit for extension. She said that she is can work on it and email it to me. It has been 5 months. I am unable to get hold of her by phone or by email. I even went to her office twice but it was closed. I did get an email back out of the blue 2 weeks ago. She said that my paperwork were sent in the mail 2 weeks ago. I have not received anything. I am calling them again. The phone number does not go through. She does not answer the email either. I will strongly advise against their service. I am just trying to get my paperwork so I can move to a different accountant."

"I uploaded all required tax documents to the portal and received confirmation from Shanne that she would complete my taxes - this was several months ago. Since that time I have called and left several messages and sent several emails requesting a status update. I never received a response. As the tax deadline is this week I ended up using TurboTax. Not good at all!"
