"I went to do my taxes with them,and the old blonde tax preparer almost went off on me when I asked her for a free estimate. She told me kinda pissed off that there were customers waiting so I had to choose estimate or file. I told her to prepare my taxes electronically and I told her I'm married with two dependants. To my surprise when I got home, she put me down as a single man and not head of household and didn't even put down my kids as dependents, I will never go back to that place because of her bad attitude, lost a lot of $$$ and got a measly few hundred dollars return..."
