"This was my first experience with VCA Animal Hospital Urgent Care. All the staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. My pet was in good hands. I highly recommend this urgent center when you’re regular veterinary cannot get you in for an appointment. I understand they opened recently in September. The facility is very nice."

"We brought our dog in to treat an ear infection. The care center was very clean, accommodating, and welcoming. The ear infection is recurrent and we’ve had difficulty fully treating this infection that just keeps coming back. It was a HUGE relief to have the VET confirm our concerns, show us the extent of the infection, provide comprehensive treatments, and answer our many questions. The staff were great to work with. Our dog was comforted and cared for so well, the least traumatic VET visit we’ve had in a long time."

"Dr. Erdman is one of the best vets I could’ve hoped to see yesterday when my dog was sick. I took my dog to this urgent care at the guidance of our primary vet for some symptoms he was experiencing post vaccine. From the entrance, to the care I received, this place is top notch excellence. I was welcomed immediately by Julie and truly felt cared for right upon entering. No one made me feel dramatic or silly for bringing my pup in and all my questions were answered immediately. I opted for some tests and labs to get done and I had the results within 15-20 minutes. Everything was thoroughly explained to me too. I was able to pick and choose which treatment plan I wanted my dog to have and never felt pressured in one way or another. They gave me guidance on how to proceed and what to do if my dog wasn’t responding to treatment. By that evening, my dog came back to life and was eating, drinking and he was his happy go lucky self. I would recommend VCA urgent care to anyone!"

"Brought my Lab in when he laid down & wouldn't stand up from our walk and developed a bad rash on his belly. The staff here were absolutely incredible. The Care Concierge made sure I myself, was doing ok and let me know that she was here to support me personally, in any way possible. The Doctor and Technical staff were incredible kind and kept me informed of every medical step needed for my dog. The check out & payment process was smooth & quick. Should anything else urgent happen to my dog, I will 100% be bringing him back here, as well as sending anyone I know to this establishment. 10/10 recommend."
