"First I want to thank the knowledgeable, caring staff at UrgentVet in Cave Creek. My vet was unable to get my barn cat in today and referred me to UrgentVet. I easily reserved my visit time on line. Staff greeted me as I walked in the door. I was immediately taken to the “cat room” where they encouraged me to let my cat loose to explore her surroundings. The room was dimly lit with gentle bird chirping sounds playing. She immediately relaxed and stayed calm through the entire examination and treatment. A 9 year old barn cat that is rarely handled! Amazing. Before the end of the visit I asked if they took regular patients- unfortunately not. "Upon arrival we were greeted immediately by a very concerned vet assistant.kindness went a long way when your world is being turned upside down with emotion. She made us feel very comfortable. Very knowledgeable and reassuring while our dog was in the exam room. Techs were so loving and treated all of us with respect. I was able to peek in when he was stable and in observation I saw my dog wrapped in a blanket while she was holding him. The Doctor was very thorough and also showed true concern and compassion. He was sincere giving our options. Asking many questions and listening. Finances were discussed with an itemized list of the cost.
