"Caught them before they were gonna take my car to the yard. He offered that he would take my car back since we were closer to home he gave us a deal $100 and he would drop it at my house. He goes to the house we wait 40+ minutes for him to drop it to get “processed” confirmation after we sent his boss the $100. Called the police and he immediately dropped the car. This place is a big scam and don’t trust it whatever you do don’t let them bribe you into giving them your money if you’re being towed."

"They took my Dodge Magnum in front of the bowling alley behind Music Box. I asked the employees if it was ok to put there over night. They said" Yea, don't worry about it. If someone tows it, it's at our expense". Next morning, gone. No one had a clue as of who took it. 2days after they have it they want 700. Crooks thiefs"

"Emailed these guys Nov 6 asking for insurance information due to them damaging my vehicle. They dodged me until Nov 22. The GM calls me today after his internal review saying they won't cover the repair because the circular dent in the center couldn't be them because their tow trucks have diamonds, and not circles, stating it must be from before. What a clown."

"Had them tow our disabled vehicle and they damaged it. We didn't see the damage until after the driver left and now they keep giving us the run around of "we'll have a manager call you in a few days." Then we waited a few days and we haven't heard from anyone. At this point I'm thinking they don't even have any coverage."
