"I was at the Walmart in surprise Arizona and saw the Fred Loya insurance office. My current insurance had raised our auto insurance even though I had no tickets, accidents or claims. I sat down with the agent and was given a quote which was very reasonable. I proceeded to sign up for a policy and called my insurance company and canceled my long-standing policy with them. I was very pleased with the courteous and professional manner of the agent. Even though there were a lot of papers to sign, more than I ever remember signing for auto insurance, I was very well taken care of and was out of the office in a reasonable amount of time.
