"We have been a client of Jeremy's for years. We've always been comfortable with the firm and happy with the service. During tax year 2022, our ID was stolen and used to submit bogus returns in our name getting substantial returns. The task of working with the AZ Dept if Revenue was so stressful and took months and months. During that time Jeremy refused to give us advice, guide us, or assist us in any way. Then, after 6 months or so (and after we had been threatened by the Dept of Revenue to put a lien on our assets), he notified us that he could draft a letter. Once he did....it was fixed. He could've helped us all along. He let us worry and chase our tails with no support at all. We've gone to a new firm."
