"Updates 3/16/24 Roads are still horrible but yet when you reach out nobody knows anything roads getting fix or they will say oh its not us but yet they will take your money. Also they sent a a letter in the mail a few days ago with what"work" they been doing on the roads. Lol they want us to vote for new board members which I'm not voting for anybody because nobody's doing anything but just taking our money and calling it a day so if you plan to move out here make sure you don't have this company as an HOA which is so weird because HOA is for cookie cutter homes not when you're in the middle of nowhere. We need are roads to be fixed for months now and each time I reach out I"m getting the run around. It looks like I will have to go in person in order to talk to someone that knows what going on. We all pay a HOA fee and roads are not getting fixed, so what is the money going towards? Im not sure why we have HOA fee when we don't live in a gated community ."
"The horror... the horror. I sold my house and forgot to cancel my HOA auto payment of $41 for the following month. It has been 8 months trying to get them to reimburse or credit that amount to my new community, also managed by them, to no avail. My lawyers even contact them and they haven't cared a bit. Still chasing them. UPDATE: The ONLY way possible this was resolved, was via me showing up in their secluded, weird-to-get office, off I-10. There I explained again everything that was happening. They kept me waiting for around 40 mins in their waiting space, and finally came from the back FINALLY with a freaking check of $41 for me. It took from Feb. 10 to Nov. 30, almost 10 months to get this simple issue resolved. They at least had the decency of removing the late fees for my late payments while waiting for this reimbursement, for which now they brag about when fees are imposed again because of mailman screwing up. Still, the horror..."
"Cadden staff was easy to work with and they provided excellent training courses for board members to learn about and keep up with the legal aspects of being a board member."
"The overall rating speaks for itself here. Any attempts at resolving issues are futile. Nobody ever returns calls. It seems that they don't feel that you deserve any peace or enjoyment of your own living space, as they will not assist with problems in the community."
