"Bad company to work for if your a contractor. They will beat around the bush when It come to paying out and also will expect you to pay for everything up front and out of your own pocket without giving you a down payment even after it was talked about before job was started. Speaking from experience with them . They are just a bad company period. I do not recommend them to anybody."

"During a particularly harsh monsoon storm, our roof was ripped apart. The roof smashed two skylights and dislodged the venting system scattering it throughout our property. We immediately called our insurance provider who recommended Belfor Restoration. This was our first foray dealing with insurance and contractors. Belfor representatives, Gary and Thomas, came to assess the damage. They were very thorough, friendly and professional. Next, Kimberly, our project manager, came on board to help us negotiate a rather foreign situation. Kimberly was always available to answer questions, explain the process and ease our concerns. The work was contracted to E. Perez. This gentleman and his crew were incredible in their knowledge, workmanship and professionalism. Stellar, stellar crew. We pray we will not need this team in our future, but we are confident that if we do, they will get the job done in a timely manner with amazing skill. We couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome."

Kimberley was amazing, keeping us informed along the way, and working hard to get us what we wanted. When we did not like something, she was very quick to rectify the problem in a timely manner. Although there was a delay in getting the restoration phase started, I am giving 5 stars for the outstanding quality of the work done by Derrick and his partner Raul. They gave careful attention to detail, consulted with us, and kept us well informed at every step so that were were confident our house was in good hands. They were a pleasure to work with, punctual, cordial, and very thoughtful about our comfort while their work was going on each day. The house looks great!"
