"This would be a zero stars if i could ! I started a conversation with a preparator about 4/3 and explained a complicated return and it would be a bit before my wife was back in town and we would have all documents ready for filing- but we would have them by the 15th. I passed along a LOT of information to get her a clear idea of the complexity. When I finally got all the documents to her (as explained) on 4.13, she gave me an estimate. I said that would work and I had two more questions before we decided married filing jointly or separate. The next morning. 4.14.22 I was told she didn't have time to complete the return. When I spoke to the manager, she offered no remedy or remediation. She could care less, and she added that the whole district was booked. I am now stuck with no options! Horrible Experience"
