"I scheduled an appt to file my taxes and was originally quoted around $159 over the phone. I took the time to gather many documents and expected that the person who would be doing my return would look at all the details. The woman who did my return told me she didn’t need most of the paperwork I had gathered. After the woman did my taxes she told me I owed almost $9,000. I said this could not be right and she assured me that it was correct. I asked to speak with her manager, who looked at the paperwork and tax return and called me to say I only actually owed $2,700. Big Difference. No apology. They charged me $225.00 for a big waste of my time and a big mistake. Then they said they would give me access to their portal to get a copy of my return and they never did. I will not be using them again. I am very disappointed."
