"After my cats blood pressure test the doc tells the tech to tell me to"watch out for blindness". She never checked my cats retinas to see if they showed signs of hypertension. I was charged $55 tech fee on top of $45 test fee. buy an aerocat for my cat with asthma but then refused to write me a prescription I wanted to talk to Dr. Medler but her new tech, Diane, told me she would have to ask her if she wanted to speak t to me! I waited 2 weeks and when I called back Diane said they were so busy she hadn't talked to the doctor. My cat, Bucky, was very sick and I wanted to talk to the doctor, but it seems the new techs just don't care. Becky and Jeannette were so conscientious, but don't expect it from these new techs."
