"Ordered from their site , hit my CC then showed pending , day of supposed delivery it dropped off my card and could not get ahold of anyone. 3 days later RE-ORDERED almost EXACT order hit send hit my CC immediately ,went through and I got a shipping notification that day. # days later get a new hit on my CC with the original order and shipping. Tried calling and Carly(Karen) either hates life or just customers , but let me know its 100% not their fault and tough luck. Got to talk with Supervisor Walter and he blamed everyone ,mainly me and said tough luck. They dont stand behind their internal failures , their shipping times, their billing discrepancies and then kept talking over me instead of trying to listen and solve the issue . In the end he chose disrespect and blaming customers for expecting reliable service or communication. NEVER AGAIN . Anywhere has to be better than paying over price for under or NO SERVICE!"
