While Refund Advance is no longer available this year, we offered Early Refund Advance at select locations from December 11, 2023, to January 14, 2023, and No Fee Refund Advance at most locations from January 2, 2024, to February 11, 2024.
At our institution, we offer appointments for in-person tax preparation, drop-off tax preparation, and assistance with IRS letters. To schedule an appointment with a Tax Pro, we recommend booking online or calling us at (480) 838-7024. Walk-ins are also welcome at our office on 3029 N. Alma School Rd.

"Good afternoon my name is Angela Figueroa I did my taxes at the Warner and Alma School Road at Jackson Hewitt and they're charging me $58 to do my state which was supposed to had already been paid off with my federal return and now they called me back saying I have to pay the $58 to get my state why should I have to please can you help me I don't have the money up front to pay it so that is why I'm complaining about that store Jackson Hewitt on Alma School and Warner Road thank you. I just sent the papers saying where they had already taken out the 58 and now the second one has been taken off I shouldn't have to be charged for the mistake that has been made at that store I never had problems before so please let me know soon what will be done."
"I've been coming to Jackson Hewitt for over 8 years and the price they charge is getting a little ridiculous to do taxes. This year I took my mother-in-law to do her taxes her husband passed away last year and they still charged her $225 for a $388 tax return plus they gave her $75 off. me and my wife's tax return they charged us $488 to do their our taxes which is almost $150 increase from last year. Next year I'm going to do my taxes my own way for free"
