"Horrible. So I first had a appointment at the Jackson Hewitt location in the Thomas and 36th Walmart. I show up there before my time and no one's there. I then called the location near by and they said of yea the person called out come over here. So I drove over there waited for over 45 minute's. We got started and she then tells me oh we won't be able to do the taxes here you'll half to go to another location to get the advance cause we're a different franchise. Which no one told me there was certain locations I could n couldn't go to. So now I'm upset but I leave and call another location in the franchise they say oh everyone is booked expect for this location metro valley Walmart across the valley from where I live. So I take it. I was going to be a couple minutes late cause of traffic. so I called the number I made the appointment with and she said no worries they give you up to 15 minute's then you gotta reschedule so I didn't worry. Well that wasn't the case. I walked in and the lady was already cleaned up and about to leave. I'm like wait I'm here. It's only a couple after I called and she was very rude saying sorry I gotta go even though she was still there at the desk. So I drove across the valley just to be turned away. Horrible customer service.... This is the first year I was switching from h&r block to Jackson but dam I'm starting to rethink my decision. I never had those kinds of issues with h&r."
