"Had to contact them twice after I found errors they made on my tax return. Due to the mistakes they made an amendment had to be filed . Now I am getting a refund instead of having to pay ( which is great ), but due to amendment the refund cannot be directly deposited ! Paid $190 for a non itemized tax return and they messed it up !!!"

"Make sure to call the office again at least a week after submitting the documents. They will not call you and no response from them if there's an issue. Worst, nothing was done for several weeks. Some services like having an oversea account will not be entertained. Had to learn the hard way and was told to call and make an appointment in Val Vista instead. Also, ensure make an appointment instead of submitting documents online only. There's no guarantee if the documents were reviewed."
