"What an amazing company! My mother needed to have her roof replaced so we went through a few different companies who all said the insurance would not cover it. When I reached out to Arizona Pristine Roofing and told them that other roofers said the insurance wouldn’t cover it & we just wanted a quote, they pointed out several areas where there was hail damage from a few months ago. The insurance did fight it and it took several weeks of APR sending proof to the insurance via video and samples but finally they were able to get the insurance to cover it. They really fought for my mom and her house. They were very kind to my mother and explained every step to both of us. Even worked after hours and on the weekend to get the information needed. If you want a reputable company with stellar customer service, grit, and immaculate craftsmanship, this is the company for you!"
