"Overall, they did the job. But I did have a code for half off preparation up to $200. It expired the day before my appointment, but I was told it was fine because I had scheduled 2 weeks before and during the time the promo code was good. When I got there, they didn't give me the full amount off even though I was told ahead of time it would be fine. Going to have it checked though to ensure it was right, as they didn't even ask for my mortgage statements, and I had a lot more documents with me that the preparer said didn't matter. Little worried that it isn't 100% right."
