"I took the loan option since it would've been cash upfront and there was no option to pay with my tax money unless it was with the loan, I asked upfront if i will most likely be approved and Ana told me it is most likely going to be approved but there is always a possibility i can get declined, i found it reasonable and figured she might just be required to say that but i decided to ask what the loan was based on was it with a credit check or how will they check if i can be approved she told me it's based on wether i will receive my tax refund or not so i decided to go with the loan since I am positive i am getting a return. She texted me today to let me know i was declined and hasn't replied to me since this was the worst tax refund experience, i left happy thinking i got what I came for but it felt in the end like i was just told what I wanted to hear, horrible tax service and they for sure lost any customer recommendation from me."
