"I paid for over $50 to get my tax return back early for a reason.. and I think I got way to over charged with 3 W2’s along with my appointment was scheduled for 2pm and I didn’t get in until after 3 . I understand it takes awhile for different people but now my main concern is that I paid for something that I still haven’t gotten when I was supposed to within 3-5 business days . I should have never agreed to get my taxes early, one is because of how much was taking out and two I paid for something that I still haven’t seen .. the guy was nice but I don’t understand with the wait and the deductions."
"Poor customer service at the Estrella Walmart. He kept me waiting for nearly twenty minutes as he was working on personal matters through the computer. However, he was nice and his work was fast when we finally got to it. I wish him the best but he needs to fine tune his customer service.
