"UPDATE* I’ve called the office 4 times to get Jim Johnson’s number. I’d like to file a formal complaint with Jim and BBB. Tih answered the phone finally on the 3rd call and then hung up as soon as she gave me Jim Johnson name as her superior but when I asked for a number she said, “hold on” and then proceeded to hang up. This solidifies how poor the customer service is. Obviously Tih is not taking responsibility for any of this. My appointment was at 5pm and I was being told another person was coming in at my time which is unprofessional for the simple fact I had an appointment at 5pm scheduled. If Tih would have told me to come back at 5pm, I would had no problem, but her lack of awareness when scheduling is not my fault. I had an appointment Friday, October 13th @ 5pm and I was told in two voicemails to come earlier if possible the day prior to my appointment. The day of my appointment I called the surprise location twice and left two voicemails with no call back. As I arrived, Tih who was the tax expert told me to come back at 5:15 due to another client coming to pay his/her fee at 5pm which is poor customer service. Tih got defensive and included her current client into the conversation which again was unprofessional trying to have the client side with her over this matter calling me a liar. I worked customer service all my life at the top tier and this is absolutely trash of service. I’ll be taking my business now to H&R Block where my family goes as they’ve never had an issue in the past 10years. I absolutely baffled at today’s experience."
