"This garbage is the east valley now !!! This company is INCOMPETENT they should be investigated. I have had to deal with them 4 years now they deliberately miss took my payment info for escrow shortage had a returned payment Went to make my monthly payment they changed my bank routing info another returned payment Had to physical mail a cashiers check cost me $10 extra every month for 6 months Missed payment dropped my credit score down 100 points the ONLY missed payment in my 14 year credit history!! They are a headache to deal with all ways getting info hacked or errors in routing ## the most remedial company i ever dealt with !!!"

"I have had my mortgage with Loancare for over 4 years. In March I made my payment on 3/01/23 using the new Pay Now button. On 3/20 I was notified the bank reversed the payment. I called the bank and they tell me there was never a request for payment. I called Loancare back and spoke with a person that told me 3 numbers of my routing number or account number were missing in the process of transferring. That is not a fault of mine but in their system. I made my March payment on line using the method I had always previously used. In April I made my payment online using the Pay Now button on 4/03/23 and Friday, I got a letter stating bank reversed the payment. I called Loancare and was told I now need to send them cashier checks to make my payment. I am not doing that! This is a problem with their system! They are also charging a late fee. I was give. A case # and their cashier department will determine if they will drop the hold on me being able to pay online. This is a joke! I was also told this happened to several other people. This is a poor way to do business. They need to fix their website. Looking into a different mortgage company."

"Worse experience ever!!! I have been trying to do a loan modification on my mortgage since January. Signed the paperwork and I have been making my payments..Here it is Mid-May and this isn't wrapped up yet....My account online is not updated and my payments aren't being applied to the balance...very frustrated!!! Something that should have been so simple is taking forever to get done.. And I keep getting the runaround!!! They need to come on with it..I'm sure if I were not making my payments, they would be ready to haul me into collections!!"

"they are the worse company ever. They refund me 7 month of mortgages and then put my house in foreclosure. Had to pay $3000.00 more on top of 9 month worth of mortgages. For them to tell me a year later, "sorry for our mistake" Now that I tried to sell me house, they gave the wrong payoff amount to the other company. This company is a fraud and this is the way they steal the houses from people. WATCH OUT!! CAUSE THEY STEAL HOMES!!"

"Inept company. For the third time now they've missed paying our home insurance premiums. I get notified from our home insurance that our policy is set to cancel due to non-payment. Then I have to call loancare and tell them to do their job. They've also missed property tax payments. I get late tax notices, call loancare, who then argue with me that the tax isn't actually due. I ended up sending them a copy of the tax statement ("due 3-1-2018, interest penalty after 5pm on 5-1-2018") because they insisted it wasn't due until the end of May and that "that is when we always pay it.""
