"This place charged me a 23 year old U of A student $970 to file my taxes. They ripped me off and made it seem like I had to pay this charge. Was not informed that I did not have to file with them. I was taken advantage of and now owe them and taxes $880 on top of the $970 =$1770 to file my taxes this year. I have no money and barely make it in this economy and they do this. I called and explained to the manager and have yet to here back. The policy h and r block has says that they have upfront cost, this is a lie. They do not tell you anything and make you pay for some crazy cost made me and my GF cry because we are poor and this will take us years to work and pay off as we make it paycheck to paycheck just so some guy could steal my money. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE they will scam you and then not do what’s right and fix the clear mistake. I did not even make $20,000 last year. Go file with turbo tax or a real tax account that will actually tell you the price before they start not surprise bill you like H and R Block. This tax season go to the million and one other choices you can pick other then this H and R block on speedway and kolb in Tucson Arizona. is the guy they filled my taxes here and did not tell me any upfront cost only thing he said mid way through was this is gonna be pricey. Then gave me the bill. The worst tax establishment out there, only designed to steal your money with the thought you might be able to just pay them $140. I will tell anyone and everyone about this and to never go there. They are dishonest and not transparent. I went there on 2/20/2021"

"Another post this place is truly the worst place in town to get your taxes filed. Do not go here they charged me $970 to file my taxes did not explain any up front cost then left me with that bill and my tax bill which was $880. They are just there to make a commission and take your money. At least the tax account that did my taxes. Do not go here. So un transparent and deceitful.
