"Was a good place to get my taxes done."

"Horrible experience. Had them do a business return. Before I could view the return, I had to pay $835, which I did. Upon viewing the return, there were over 30 errors. For two months, I have been speaking with the company -- they promised a refund because "the person that did your return has never done a business return before", but the refund never came. I keep calling them and spending hours on the phone trying to get my refund, but they make promises ("we're sending your refund now") and then never follow through. Would never use this company and recommend you go somewhere else."

I was told by the lady who was going to do my taxes she is good as the lady that did my taxes last year so she won't do them. Then she laughed with the receptionist that they double booked. Then after my appointment was suppose to start I was told that I can leave my paperwork behind and they can get back to me. I have used H&R Block for 15 years. After this I will take my business somewhere else."
