"Do not go here. Very Rude Attitudes & Long wait even with an appointment. We called the LibertyTax on Valencia over the phone and set up an appointment for 1PM. The day of our appointment, we get there and from the start they had a rude attitudes. There were no other clients there besides us, but they didn’t attend us until 1:45PM. She made us wait almost an hour just to finally talk to us and refuse giving us service. We had enough and just walked out. Such poor service. Absolutely disgusting how they treated us. Their customer service was so awful. If she didn’t was going to refuse to give us proper service she could have said so from the beginning instead of making us waste an hour of our time. Highly highly recommended that you don’t go to the LibertyTax on Valencia."
