"Nice facilities but felt pressured to have dental cleaning performed. Estimates were very high compared to other experiences at other clinics. Counter to previous visits, when costs of treatments were reasonable."
"So grateful for this vet clinic! The veterinarians and staff are so nice. We have a cat that had a tail amputation and he had been grooming obsessively on his little nugget tail. The Vet was so nice and very helpful. She addressed all my concerns about his phantom pain and the staff took such good care of him. He's doing so much better and I got my cuddle buddy back!"
"Avoid this place if you value your pet's life and don't want to be criticized by staff that talks down and raises their voices if challenged. The front desk manager acts like a Marine Drill Sergeant and has no compassion for your distressed pet. Her house rules are much more important. The Vet on duty misdiagnosed our cat's serious coughing issue for a hairball condition. This mistake resulted in the death of our beloved cat a week later. Their services are really not much cheaper than other clinics, so take your business elsewhere."
"Very clean with very helpelpful employees. My cat passed away and I took her for there cremation. Was impressed by the care, cleanliness of how the animals are set up! Too soon to replace my kitty but I will remember this place and may check back later for a kitten!"
"My dog was attacked in the evening and needed medical attention. All vet offices we’re closed so I had to wait till the morning. In the morning I could not get in anywhere, but the western Arizona Humane Society was able to take me that day due to the nature of his wounds. They were very communicative, helpful and took good care of Theo . I only used the medical services, but they seemed highly supportive of those adopting fur babies as well! Adopt don’t Shop ❤️"
