"Got two rings resized here. One is great; its 14k gold and I needed the band made thicker because it was worn pretty thin. This one has held up well so far, but you can see the seam where more metal was added. If I was rating based off of only this ring, I'd give 4/5 stars. The other is platinum and needed to be sized up one size. When I got it back, the band seemed like it was cut and stretched, which in hindsight doesn't make sense; why would the band need to be cut to be stretched?? Immediately, the band bent from accidentally smacking something with the ring on & the ring was an oval shape that squeezed my finger if it was swollen at all. I tried to bend it back, and the ring broke. I suspect they took some metal from the ring & would never consider going back here."

"This was a fantastic place for jewelry repairs. Brought in my necklace for a broken clasps and they already had multiple options of either a replacement similar to the original clasp or something stronger. I went with the stronger option of a lobster claw clasp and was able to pick it up in a couple hours. Now I'm pretty sure the only reason why they said a 2-3 hours was due to them actually matching the clasp color to my necklace and even have a after service of cleaning my necklace at no charge. This is definitely a place to come for repairs, replacement, or looking for some nice jewelry."
