"Great shop, lots to choose from. It's old school, and the owner is very nice. Zipper art is cool, my mom made me something from there. The bead room is AMAZING. There is a lot of older stock so if you need something very special or hard to find/unique then you may find it here. We went for some ribbon and didn't find what we needed but found some glitter we needed. Definitely will be back to support Bob when we can. Great shop. As for the haters on here, it's an old shop and has some old stock. It's not amazon or walmart but if we all shopped here instead of online then the owners could give it a face-lift but either way I would be extremely surprised to find a craft shop with not only the amount of beads but one even remotely as well organized as craft city is! "Wow, a stellar shop! Home of the Zipper Art inventors where you can get patterns supplies and see examples of this unique attractive technique. There are so many aisles and everything i could think of when I visited today. The shopkeepers are super nice and informative. I will go back when I have more time to shop and take my sister in tow. They have Arizona's largest collection of Southwestern fabrics! Very cool. They are also the only independent craft shop in Arizona so send them some business!"
