About the Business
Tempe Yarn & Fiber is a unique institution located in Tempe, Arizona, offering a combination of a school and store for all things yarn and fiber related. The institution is currently hosting the Desert Panda Trunk show featuring new spring time hand dyed yarns. In addition to their regular offerings, Tempe Yarn & Fiber is also proud to support KnittedKnockersUSA.org, a non-profit organization that provides FREE Knitted Knockers to women who have had a mastectomy. These knitted prosthetics are light, comfortable, and provide a more natural feel than silicone prosthetics. Volunteers across the country create and donate these Knitted Knockers, which are then distributed for free to mastectomy patients. Visit Tempe Yarn & Fiber to support this great cause and explore their wide range of yarn and fiber products.

"I travel all over and try to find local yarn stores wherever I go. This has been my favorite one so far. They have a nice selection of locally dyed yarns and yarns that I normally see only online. The way the store is organized is thoughtful and helpful. They have other items (stickers, books, etc) that really enhance the experience. And most of all, I loved the finished products displayed around the shop with tags listing the yarn and pattern. Very helpful staff as well."
