"Manuel took great care of us. Everyone there is courteous and helpful. The repair came in way under estimate and was done on the spot. We were very pleased."
"This place is great if you take an interesting original lamp in for refurbishing, however, if you take a mass produced lamp like one from IKEA (I didn’t even know), they put their nose up in the air and didn’t want to help."
"It was an hour drive for me to take my art deco lamp that came apart at the welds. I met four employees and all of them were friendly, helpful, gracious and knowledgeable. They decided to fix it while I was there so I would not have make the 2 hour drive to return to pick it up. Perfect repair at a reasonable cost (and Daniel was nice eye candy, to boot!) They knew exactly what needed to be done and the best way to do it. Highly recommend!"
"Re-wired an older slag glass light fixture for me. They did an excellent job turning it into a useable fixture again. It's now hanging up in the dining area."
"I brought my lamp here to be fixed. The man helping me was very condescending and did not seem to understand how it worked at all. I had to explain to him how it all went together. I told them that it used a harp and brought in the pieces I had. They did not replace the saddle, which holds the harp and the shade. I didn’t want to be bothered to go back to them to have it fixed and instead just bought a clip-on harp…."
