"Went in after a long convo with Tc on my last experience to check out HD 101 from 5-8 signed up & arrived at 6 and watched the demo speaker and got some pizza at 710 we tried to get our 2nd free drink with our tickets to be told with beers in cooler in front of us that the show was over and could not redeem the free drinks.... well, guess who didn't buy parts tonight and will take my business elsewhere after this. The last part I bought (kloclwerks windshield) took 60 days for me to receive from them (every store in town had it in stock). Super disappointed after this email same day for notice at 10am"

If you’re introverted be prepared for the entire staff and blasting music to happen when you make your purchase. Cool experience for most just not for me.
