"Banfield hospital made a drop off appointment for injury cat, but weren't open business hours change cat is now ASPCA euthanasia bound. Waste of money waste of time. I'll never own any more pets after this. Or go to this vet or PetSmart"
"Dr. Alsaqa was the best vet I've taken my cat to in years. She listened & understood my concerns about my elderly baby (cat). She was the first in 6 years to treat my cat as an individual instead of lumping her into a 'normal cat' category."
"I love the Banfield on Shea and Tatum.. They take care of my Sasha so well.. A really intuitive, compassionate, knowledgeable, and always available fur emergency visits. I drive far but it's worth it. Dr. Bikson is an amazing vet!!! Highly recommend this Banfield."
"Updated review, they dont deserve any star. 02/26/2020- After being a member for more than an year, when I tried to schedule an appointment in case of emergency ( 10 mins max) they would straight away deny. My dog was bit by another dog while playing and the cut was kind of superficial but we wanted an expert opinion whether we should give some medicine or injection and called banfield and they would not even agree to meet for 10 minutes. They told us there is availability in other banfield and they will check and let me know but then after keeping me on hold for 15 mins gave me their phone number ,that is it. My dog is on the monthly plan of banfield , despite that in case of small emergency I expect them to make some adjustment in schedule. Even the Vet is not available for on call support or suggestion on phone. If the traffic is more why not increase the number of vet and hospitals and if you think you have sufficient vet and hospital then why are you not able to make small adjustment of 10 minutes. Whenever we schedule his appointment it is not that the vet sees him on time, we always end up waiting for the vet for more than 15 minutes ,so if we can wait for 15 minutes (more or less) everytime, sometime the vet and hospital should also consider adjusting some schedule and accommodating emergency situation for pets who are on their yearly plan otherwise I thing the monthly insurance plan is much better. I will also write about their neutering surgery they performed and how it went wrong."
"They are always helpful and friendly at this location! Other locations have made it hard to get into sometimes, but they're always very accommodating at this Paradise Valley location! They also I answer all my questions which is huge for me as a first time puppy owner :-)"
