However, the "service team" we had to deal with from the closing date forward always seem like they are overwhelmed and want to get you off the phone asap. Often times they are not friendly and cannot get you what you need quickly. I wont be using them again unfortunately."

"This is the worst title agency in Yuma. They are nice and polite to get your business but when it comes to the finer details they are at a loss for knowing what to do. They are not equipped to handel unique and intricate cases such as Canadian's or other foreigns buying property in the USA while holding valid Green Cards. When you ask them questions they frequently get flustered and are rude. They never return calls or reply to inquiries timely. We worked with an agent by the name of Lisa who was always vague about her answer because she was not familiar with the laws in Yuma and always assumed that the realtor was supposed to inform us about this or that but we weren't working with a realtor so she was completely useless to us when navigating the closing process on our home. I would recommend researching title companies before deciding to have someone represent you on an important transaction such as closing on a home. They all want your business so are very pleasant in the beginning but once you need things done or have questions it is like pulling teeth with Pioneer Title Agency. They then have the audacity to make you feel bad for inconveniencing them when you have a question. Not professional at all. Good luck with the purchase of your home, I would not, at all costs, recommend this agency."
