"The staff was nice. Seemed like I called during a busy time due to background noise and being placed on hold. They are the only place currently that have a prescription I need but I cant get the medication without their vet seeing my feline. Unfortunately that is not an extra expense I can incur. I wish the vets could communicate with each other so they know my cat has been seen by her current vet and just needs the prescription filled."

"I take my cat here. Dr cotter is amazing. I had been taking my cat to the emergency vet and spending thousands with no answers. Finally, I came here and the doctor diagnosed Boo with lower urinary tract disease. Now she’s on a daily medication and perscription food. She’s doing great! & it’s all thanks to Banfield! Also, the front desk staff is lovely"
