"It’s not even like a bank or anything inside it’s like a used car dealership. Service SUCKS! You wait in line to wait in line because no one can actually help you. Idk how they have so many employees standing around not working and a bunch of members sitting around waiting. I’m looking for somewhere else to bank now. Completely stupid waste of money"
"The redesign has done awful things to this place. Banks need to have just regular tellers to get people in and out for quick cash transactions. This place has remodeled to have 4 sit down, open loans/accounts/etc type places and only 2 tellers. We are in a 9 person line that goes to the door and almost out it. I have been a vantage west customer for years, and the one on Wilmot and the one of Broadway have never had waits over 5 minutes. This is a 25+ min wait. We are still waiting..."
