I was emailed the quote that same evening. When we decided to hire them, they made time to start within a week. Due to weather it took the men three days to rip off two layers of roll top roof and to lay the new roof. They also accommodated our decision to add a solar tube while they were in the middle of the job. They explained anything and everything that needed to be replaced, they were very thorough, professional and our roof looks fantastic!! We love the light that comes in from the solar tube as well!! "Below is my original review and here is an update: Westover has come out several times (nice people) but they have not been able to fix our roof leak. After more than 6 months we still have a leak that allows water into our home. While they provide a warranty, such a piece of paper is only as good as the determination and talent behind it. We even paid them each time they came out (they didn't ask, we just felt it right), even though it was all supposed to be covered by original warranty. We now have not heard from them for weeks. We're looking for someone different who can find and fix this leak. Old review: New in town, we developed a tiled roof leak in the home we purchased. The first company we called gave us a very expensive quote, so we asked our painter (Ray Ganey, another great company) and he referred Westover. Their bid was a small fraction of the first. We hired them. After the first repair we still had a small leak during the next torrential downpour. As a homeowner of over 35 years, several homes, I know fixes aren't always easy. Westover lived up to their 2 year warranty, came out and inspected again, and took additional steps. We'll wait and see what happens, but I like these guys! Very fair. They're busy (as are most quality companies) and so it may take them awhile, but they do arrive and they treated us honestly."
