"I used to deliver for postmates and came across an ad to join a class-action lawsuit against postmates on Instagram. The Zimmerman Reed class action lawsuit was the first lawsuit ad I came across, but after that I saw many law firms that were starting class action lawsuits that I could have joined instead. I made the mistake of sticking with these guys. I have friends who joined class action lawsuits against postmates with other law firms. Those friends have already been paid out their lawsuit money. Here I am with Zimmerman Reed. Not only have I not been paid out my lawsuit money, but Zimmerman Reed has not even negotiated the final terms of the settlement with Postmates. At first, they told me that a settlement would be reached at the end of 2021. They then moved that timeframe to end of March. He we are in April with no settlement to be reached anywhere in sight. Every time I call in to this law firm I get a voicemail. If I do by some miracle get connected to a live person they always end up transferring me to someone's voicemail. Once in a great while they will send me an email response to my voicemail. Please learn from my mistake and do not let these clowns represent you in any legal matters. I really wish I could go back in time and join the Rimler lawsuit against Postmates. Friends that joined that class action lawsuit have already been paid out. This firm is so unprofessional. They make promises of when a settlement will be reached that they can not keep. They are unresponsive to phone calls and it seems that they only respond to voicemails when they feel like it. Stay as far away from this law firm as possible. This has been by far the worst law firm I have ever worked with in my life. Don't make the mistakes I did and allow these clowns to represent you."
