"Management is very rude and not very understanding, lady told me she called me a bunch of times the first time I went in there to figure something out and that was a lie I didn't get any calls from them, I owed them $400 and I paid $200 of that and I couldn't get the rest of it in time so they charged my bank account the full $400 and then I had to go get the other $200 from them... why am I making my way over there for your mistake? Me owing them in the first place was their mistake. We also have this wonderful thing now in 2023 called email and mail. You have my address and never sent me a letter? She made it sound like she was jumping through all these hoops for me but in reality that's not the case. I understand that you deal with people all day but I was being very respectful and just trying to figure out what the problem was."

"Do not go here for anything with the MVD. The customer service is terrible, I watched an employee literally roll her eyes at a customer who had arrived late and refused to call them up again. The only reason it is getting 2 stars is because it was extremely quick after waiting about 15 minutes to meet with somone."

"I came here to cash a check My local grocery store was having issues so they appointed me to come to cash and more when I get up to the window the lady express on the third person to come in because of the grocery store systems being down I hand her my ID she turns me away because my check is signed that doesn't make sense to me seeing as though I tried to cash it prior and she knows there's issues with the other systems I have my social on me as well whatever policy this is is really dumb"
