HOAs beware if you hire Signature Facilities Maintenance this is how they treat their trades and that reflects on you as well! So, SFM is your typical contractor that does not pay when a job is done and when you ask for payment/clarification they threaten you! Now I want to say from the onset, I tried to work this out, I have no less than 5 emails from back and forth from Michael Morrell asking for payment clarification on: 11/16/2017 11/17/2017 11/21/2017 11/24/2017 11/27/2017 Due to the limitations of Googles reviews you can go to read the rest of the story at signature facilities maintenance com / home So Michael.... what was our resolve? "Signature Facilities Maintenance Is a great company! We called them to repair my stucco on my house! They were very professional and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend calling the SFM today and have them take care of any maintenance needs you may have!"

"We live in Ironwood Village community. The Board of Directors for the HOA hired Signature Facilities Maintenance to perform common area wall repairs (patching) and painting. They started the repairs in Oct. 2017 and then walked off the job in 2 months leaving the project unfinished. The walk-off was due to disagreements after contracts were signed and they should have never took the job if they were going to not be professional. Community looks terrible with the unfinished work."

"My experience with SFM was absolutely horrible! I found this place on Craig's list, they wear long oking for employees full time. I inquired and got an immediate response withen hrs. I went and filled out application and did the tax form etc, everything was great at first. The hiring manager guy who seemed to be half Latino said for me to com in today at 7am 05/06/16 and he's looking forward to working with me and that I passed the background check and and an accurate application fill out procedure. I got here this morning in front of the shop at 6:44am and noticed nobody parked out front, doors wear locked and lights cut off, so I text the boss at the cell number he gave me and he texts back at 6:53am saying Quote-(Sorry Corey, but all of the positions wear filled yesterday, I'll let you know if anything comes up) This happens 2days after I filled out the tax forms and was given NO verification of why, or how. I'm very hurt on a business level by this. If you can't trust them to treat a hired employee properly thru the right steps of employment, how can you trust the company in general?? :("
