"*Edit* I was contacted by Jake after the tech left. He was understanding of my concerns and made sure to make things right. The tech returned on the same day to make the necessary repairs at an acceptable price. Due to their customer service and willingness to make things right with their customers I would highly recommend this company. ** I reached out to this company due to a friend reference. I had a company come out prior to this one and replaced the capacitor and after they left I realized it was as still very hot in my house. This company then came out and I explained my concerns with the front rooms of my house feeling much hotter than the rest. This company charged me around $800 for numerous repairs. One of the repairs included sealing off an air duct that was allowing air into the attic. After they completed all repairs and left I realized the front rooms of my house now seemed even hotter. After climbing into the attic I noticed one of the flex air duct tubes was not even connected to the unit and was just sitting unattached in the attic. The tech came back out and claimed he never saw that sitting there. Well turns out the hole he sealed up is where that flex duct is supposed to be connected to. Now they want another $600 to undo what they did and connect that flex air duct."
