"Kyle M. did a fantastic job diagnosing my leak in short order. There was a drain line leaking under kitchen sink that was pooling up on the floor about a foot from the cabinet. He arrived 10 minutes early and then waited in his truck patiently until I let him know he could come in early. THERE WAS NO CHARGE from this company for this diagnosis and correction of the issue (reinstalled the drain P-trap correctly). How awesome is that?
