A guy came outside to help me when I came to the door. After describing my situation, another employee from the Scottsdale location called (same owner) and he asked if they had my phone parts in stock, which they did. In less than three hours, they fixed my phone, and I was back in business a half hour before they closed. I'm super thankful that two employees helped coordinate my repair!"

"Service once Alex was here was great. He was very efficient and appears to have done an excellent job. My only complaint is that he was significantly overbooked. He was due at my house between 1 and 3 pm. Someone called at 2:50 to ask if I had heard from him and tell me that he would be at my place in 15-20 minutes. Then Alex called at 3:00 and said it would be 30-45 minutes. It was more like an hour. But once he was here, he was fast and efficient."
