"I found this company through home advisor. They were supposed to call me 30 minutes before they arrive but did not.The man who came what is a talker, Talked to me like I didn’t know anything maybe because I was a woman. I think he wanted to wow me with what he thought he knew about plumbing, I think I knew more. He was trying to upsell me the whole time but didn’t seem to think they could fix the problem I had. He said I would have a quote the same day or the next. Never received a quote. I wasn’t going to use them anyway, but when I called to see where the quote was nobody called me back. Very unprofessional. I would not ever use this company"

"They came to service my AC under my home warranty. Showed up after 5 pm, complaining how tired he was, said what’s needs to be done is not covered by warranty and rest is not his job, even though he was told his company will be paid, service needs to be done. So he left without even leaving work receipt , but this company submitted $75 service fee. So they just go around, don’t want to do anything and charge $75 in 5 min. When I called office to ask technician to come back and work on my AC , they said we are sorry you are not happy, have a good day. Homeowners beware!!!"
