Her technician, Anthony, called me within 10 minutes of my call and was at my house within 90 minutes. He unclogged the drain and identified the problem causing the clog. "Raul saved the day., I called to get a second opinion since my mothers bathroom seemed to have water damage and I needed to know if there was a water leak. He did a thorough inspection. thankfully there wasn't a water leak.. the first plumbing company I called told me there was a water leak and he didn't know where it was coming from and I needed to have someone come and remove the flooring. So I called pro force plumbing since I didn't feel comfortable with the info provided plus its always good to get a section opinion. The issue was the shower that was installed prior to us buying the home wasn't installed correctly so water would seep out.. we will be replacing the shower here very soon."
"Jorge (George) was great to work with, right from the start. Polite, professional, easy going, and eager to please. You can't really ask for anything more. He and Luis (also friendly and conscientious) came out to the house today to deal with a leaking fire sprinkler pipe and damage to a bedroom closet ceiling. They did a great job fixing things and really took the time to explain everything. With COVID being a concern, they made me feel better, wearing masks at all times and shoe covers in the house. They made a "controlled" mess in their work area but cleaned it up thoroughly, as promised. Scheduling was easy and prompt and I didn't have to wait too long to get them out here. I'd recommend the service to anyone in the area."
