"Absolute crooks.... this will be the type of people you deal with if you decide to take them on and do business. My experience on day 1 Mellissa's husband freaks out on me being a total a-hole without asking questions or introducing himself when my RV was in their lot (their other business) . I made agreement with her just the day prior (so they don't communicate) I'm putting review here because they run this the same way just look at other reviews people left getting screwed over by them!! at the end of the service (10 months) they decide to sneak in an extra charge to my my card on file for service not provided or service used. I was charged a month for nothing. Funny how every month I got a receipt emailed saying the month was billed and how much but the last month where I never received any service. there was no bill no NOTHING emailed. They snuck an extra payment from me then ignored my text and emails- finally after threatening a dispute they reply saying "I never got that text/email- I screen shot and shared both and sent it to them- for them to reply and make up a story about how they have camera footage "30 items" left outside and people complaining about me (also funny how they wait 10 months and business being over with a month to bring this up but this is why I was charged. So they get to pick and choose reasons to charge me other than what the agreement was for even after it's over. - I SAID THATS A LIE AND TO SHOW ME this multiple times of the "footage/pics) they have dodged showing me, (because they made up that they have cameras and what they claimed) THEY LIED - they have then changed their story as to why they won't refund me the month charged I WAS NOT THERE to you were living in RV after I explained I'm doing repairs nights and weekends and said I would be prior to signing agreement - yes in the Arizona summer of 120 degrees with no power hookup ups I was living there with no a/c or water SURE OK- no they are crooks and will make up whatever they feel to get and extra buck out of you. You been warned - good luck if you already dealing with them"

Before I ever spent a dime, Rick took the time to explain to me what he was quoting and why I should buy it. After that, he gave the best price of the 3 quotes I got, had great communication, efficient service, and took the time to explain what to expect with the filter after the install. He left my pool pump/filter area cleaner than when he got there. I would not hesitate to use Rick for another repair in the future."
