"One month into agreeing to have them service my pool, the water was turning green. They had no chlorine in the pool, which is why it turned green. When I asked them about the issue, they claimed that it was because they missed the last visit (which they were trying to charge me for) and that I owed them for two months of payments despite only OK'ing them to work for me a month prior. I hate to review anyone negatively, but this is something people need to consider when hiring a company. Especially when it involves someone coming onto their property weekly. If it were just for performance, I wouldn't have bothered reviewing."
