"Bad experience with a new AC install. Do NOT call this company!!! If I could give zero stars I would. First, they were almost 3 hours late, with no communication about the delay. My husband had to call them to ask when their ETA was. They did apologize and make many excuses, but the lack of communication was an issue. Secondly, they did not even bring a ladder to our roof AC install. Thirdly, the AC install was not even complete when they left. They left the job site with the AC power cord hanging in the air (instead of informing us we needed an extension cord, they just left it...) and a piece of the drain was left strewn about on our roof. Overall, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone else. So disappointed that we spent this kind of money for this poor of service."
