"We give Don 5 stars. He was helpful, courteous, and polite. However I give Ellsworth Home Services a 1. New unit was installed Sept. 2019. A surge suppressor was added because the park power supply is inconsistent. At that time we bought the 10 year maintenance plan, thinking it would save us money...wrong! We have added a part to help the unit start better. Again we paid. And today they replaced a fan motor as the seal was leaking oil. This was discovered when we had the free 6 month cleaning. Today we paid $650! We were told the part was covered and this was for labor! He was here for 30 minutes! We were told they had to go pick up the part...really. Sorry just not happy with the company. All the service people have been top notch but your pricing for the small amount of labor time is more than we.like to pay."

Shane, the installer arrived when he said he would, was courteous, efficient and a very hard worker. Completed his work in the amount of time he promised, explained the new thermostat and got us up and going quickly. Good service, excellent worker. Would use Ellsworth Home Services again."
