"We purchased new garage doors from Ideal Garage Door 7 months ago and have been so pleased with the doors, the wonderful service and installation, the quick answers to our questions and our overall experience with them. They came out for a 6 month free check-up and tune-up after the doors had settled in and showed us how to lube the brackets once a year so the doors will stay quiet and smooth. We got doors that are insulated and love them. The garage is not as hot in the summer and our extra freezer in the garage doesn't have to work as hard. I highly recommend them!"
"Technician Christian came by and did a thorough and complete evaluation for my 25-year-old garage door system. Though I wasn't thrilled about the idea of having to replace the entire assembly, I knew that it was coming at some point and he certainly made me feel at ease with a thorough explanation and comprehensive plan that will last for many many years to come. I am very happy with his service! When the installers came, they brought everything with them that they needed, they performed the work in a timely fashion and at a high level of quality. They were super friendly, cleaned up very well after themselves, and the system works great!"
