"The technician, Shari, was awesome. She listened to my concerns about the furnace/temperature gradient within the home upon arrival. She immediately started investigating potential problems to ruleout, explaining to me all the while, so that I understood the goals of checking various things and her findings. I had asked, when scheduling the appointment, that the technician go through things as they find them, and to also review the filters on my furnace and changing them out when needed, etc, as I am a new homeowner for this home. Shari was extremely patient in doing all these things and educated me on various aspects of the furnace. We even checked some duct work by removing ceiling tiles in the basement in the area that had been remodeled. She problem-solved extremely efficiently, and consulted her supervisor for additional input because of how the remodel was done (prior to my moving in), as it was unusual. In my previous home, we had used Accutemp for the last twenty years or so and I immediately planned on continuing with them in my new home. We've always had good technicians come out through Accutemp, and Shari continued that tradition."

"Couldn't pay me to take their service after the experience I had with their driving in accu 18 today on Elliot. They don't have a "how's my drving" sticker/number to call so I'm posting this In an effort to notify others of their awful driving. They decided to rush the ending lane and bully their way into the available lane in order to skip some traffic. It's wild to think they have a clean enough record to drive a commercial vehicle."

"After an extensive search we chose AccuTemp to replace our aging Trane heat pumps, and we're happy we did. Brandon was very professional and thorough in his assessment of my old systems and offered several good options to proceed, including replacing some incorrectly installed ductwork to correct some temperature balancing issues we've always had. The pricing on the new Carrier units was very competitive and not excessively inflated like some of the other HVAC companies. Communications with the install coordinator Siubhan were very responsive and clear. The installation team, led by Ramon, were on time, friendly, and skillful. They did a great job. We're pleased with the new Carrier systems, glad our temperature balancing issues are resolved, and happy we chose AccuTemp."

"My complaint against this company has nothing to do with their service, but with the behavior of one of their employees/drivers I encountered this morning. At around 6am on 10/10/23 Tuesday. I was driving in Tempe. I turned on to 52nd St at University, and there was this AccuTemp vehicle on 52nd going at normal speed (speed limit is a 35 but people drive 40 there). Once I turned onto the street, this vehicle slowed down right away to 15mph for no reason. There was nowhere for them to turn really, so it wasn't like they were lost or anything. I flashed my headlight several times at them. No response. They were just cruising at 15 all the way down the street while there were cars lining up behind me. This is an industrial area. Tons of people going through this street early in the morning trying to get to their workplace on time. It's also the street that leads to a busy 10 freeway entrance. I find this sadistic speed policing behavior disturbing. This is definitely reflecting poorly on AccuTemp. AccuTemp, I hope that you can teach your employees to not to be a nuisance to your (potential) clients and neighbors."
